Service description
Motivd provides an AI-powered app builder that helps you create applications and websites. We use Next.js, Vercel, GitHub, and other integrations. You are responsible for your use of generated code and any third-party services you connect.
Account and use
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may not use the service for illegal purposes or to violate others’ rights.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content and the applications you build. We retain rights in the Motivd platform and our technology. Generated code is provided for your use in accordance with the license we specify.
Limitation of liability
Motivd is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
